Long and Bulky item Surcharge

Some longer or very bulky items such as rods, bivvies and large bedchairs carry a £5 oversized-item delivery surcharge.

This surcharge will be visible on the shipping page at checkout.

Our couriers do not deliver on weekends

• Orders placed between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Northern Ireland

We ship to Northern Ireland via Royal Mail.

Larger, bulky items may incur an additional surcharge to be sent the Northern Ireland.

We may contact you to notify you of a surcharge after you have placed an order.

You will then be given the option to pay any additional fees or receive a full refund.

 

**Delivery windows stated are a guide only. While we will endeavour to do everything we can to meet them, courier delays are a possibility. In the case of delayed deliveries, we will work to ensure a solution is found as quickly as possible.

A refund will be given after 30 days of your order date should a solution not be found before this 30-day period.
